Updates: CapitaList App

CapitaList App V1.1 available on capitalist.codeplex.com
(old version still in App store, but will be updated in the coming week)

- Bug in Awards fixed
- Duplicate Items eliminated from search
- Visual effects corrected (No Truncating Title etc.)
- Settings Search and Save Limits now added
- Added Speciality search for Grants
- Icons Changed
- CapitaList Logo on Splash Screen (Removed SBA and SBIR logo)
