SBA Icon Rule

my app:
http://entrepreneurs.challenge.gov/submissions/5464-capitalist

uses the SBA logo but it says "Powered by:", and when the results are listed, I used the SBA logo on the results pulled from the SBA API. Would this disqualify me. I can remove it if necessary.

    I don't think that this is a show-stopper. When you can, remove the logo. Meanwhile, feel free to continue to work on your app through our judging period.

    I removed the logos on the codeplex and as soon as the app is done being certified on the microsoft app store i will update it to the new version.

    Are you saying that we can keep developing our apps passed the November 20th deadline or only in this case to help comply with the rules?

    I'm absolutely advocating that everyone continue to work on their submissions. The practical reality is that the judges will probably not review anything before Thanksgiving.

    If we update our app, should we put a comment like "UPDATED" or similar on our submission page so that the judges see that the submission has changed and may need to be reviewed again?

    Sure. I think that's a good approach, but we will not make that mandatory.
