Some API usage questions

Green and Generic searchAccording to the API at http://www.sbir.gov/apis, http://green.sba.gov/api/green_search and http://green.sba.gov/api/sb_search can take a "type" parameter.  The example given is "presolication", but the types listed in the API description are "Grants, Solicitations, Challenges, R&D, Patents and Science & Technology R&D data".  Are all of the available types documented somewhere?
SBA District Offices APII noticed an undocumented feature of the SBA district offices API that if a zip code is not specified, then all of the offices are returned.  Is it acceptable to use this method, or will that feature go away in the future?
 
Recommended Sites APIBased on the Recommended Sites API description as "... editorially reviewed by humans on the SBA.gov team ...", may we use describe these as something like "sites recommended by the SBA" or "SBA recommended sites", or would this come across as an attempt to look like our app was endorsed by the SBA?

    Here are the valid values for SBA Green and SBA Generic search: Grants - grants Solicitation - presolicitation Challenges - challenges R&D - randd Patents - patent Science & Technology R&D data - science_accelerator.
